Our Traditional Liège Waffles are crafted the same way Jean-François grew up eating them in Belgium — but with a few upgrades that make them even richer, more flavorful, and truly unforgettable.

We start with a slow-fermented dough (never batter) made with 83% European-style butter — the same ultra-rich butter used in the finest French pastries — and pure vanilla extract. Then we fold in imported Belgian pearl sugar, which melts and caramelizes as the waffle bakes on our heavy cast-iron waffle irons. (There’s no other way to make a true Liège waffle.)

The result is everything a real Belgian waffle should be:
dense, buttery, caramelized, golden, and impossible to forget.
